How can I know for sure your products are completely genuine?
All the products we sell here are dispensed using white pharmacy. This pharmacy is registered with the Royal Pharmaceutical society for US. All of the products that come from white pharmacy are brought in from some of the largest wholesalers and manufacturing companies in the US. Eli Lilly and Pfizer is just a couple of these wholesalers and manufacturers we use. Every product has its own batch code, license number, and expiration date included. This means the product can be traced to the original manufacturing source.
How do these medicines arrive?
All the products we deliver use overnight delivery using Royal Mail. The products are sent in plain packaging and only use the address of their recipient on the label. There is also a label for confidentiality that makes it so the package can arrive to the recipient unopened.
Are transactions made with my credit care safe?
Using the industry standard for encryption known as SSL we fully protect and encrypt any personal credit card information. Credit cart details of customers are fully protected around the clock. No third party will ever be able to read the personal credit card information. We also fully comply with the payment card industry.
What is the point of your medical questionnaire?
The medical questionnaire is for the customer's safety. It is also used to please very strict regulations pertaining to the medical industry. A qualified doctor must agree that a customer can use the medication before it is sent to them. In rare cases medications may be refused to a customer because of their current health records. All online pharmacies that offer medication that is genuine have to do this as an ethical and legal requirement.
Should my GP be notified?
Yes your GP should be notified. The service we provide here is completely confidential but if you want to update records using your GP that is perfectly fine. We can deliver a letter to them letting them know you have used some of our products.
Who do I need to contact for advice?
Any customers who have a query or just simply need extra advice with their order should get in contact with us by email. Normally twenty four hours is all the time we need to respond.
